Missing mods after game error

The Helpdesk is referring me to the forum to get help. 

After remodding my characters for the raid, I received an error message and noticed that two of my most important mods disappeared from my inventory. I did not sell or remove them—they vanished immediately after the error occurred. One was on my Omega (fugitive), a speed square and the other one was not equipped, but a soeed arrow with accuracy primary  

I’ve tried the following steps: 

– Logged in on multiple devices
– Restarted the game
– Synced my account with swgoh.gg
– Checked my mod inventory thoroughly

None of these resolved the issue. I use HotUtils to manage my mod loadouts, and it now shows that one mod is missing from a previously saved configuration. This confirms that the mod was present before the error and has since disappeared.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue further and restore the missing mods if possible. I have read that they can be invisible. The Helpdesk doesn’t see anything in the log, what could explain the invisibility.
