main campaign keeps loading ps4 star wars battlefront 2

i have problems whit my star wars battlefront 2 campaign. it suddenly does not wanna start. it keeps loading. resurrection story does work only main story does not. i also tryt that thing whit resetting the save data and even resetted ps4 to factory settings (for different reasons).  please someone help me i preordered the game when i came out 3 years back i wanted to play again but cant now xc.            (sorry for my bad grammar)
