Выкидывает из игры во время прохождения события на легенду кеноби без награды

Привет всем 3 раза уже вылетело из игры во время прохождения 1 задания на кеноби, хотя 2 и 3 задание закрыл без проблем  телефон IPhone 13 pro разберитесь пожалуйста  можно ли как-то вернуть купо...
