Battlefront II (2017) closing during game without error codes
Dear support team,
Recently I have returned in the Battlefront II, but I'm not able to play without issues. My laptop has specs which gives me chance to play with ultra settings, however, I can play 2 or 30 minutes in the game, but then game will just close/drop off without any error codes. I have managed to find crash dumps (which I unfortunatelly not able to attach here), so I have "decoded" them with help of WinDbg:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify checksum for starwarsbattlefrontii.exe KEY_VALUES_STRING: 1 Key : Analysis.CPU.mSec Value: 328 Key : Analysis.Elapsed.mSec Value: 777 Key : Analysis.IO.Other.Mb Value: 0 Key : Analysis.IO.Read.Mb Value: 1 Key : Analysis.IO.Write.Mb Value: 0 Key : Analysis.Init.CPU.mSec Value: 312 Key : Analysis.Init.Elapsed.mSec Value: 3024 Key : Analysis.Memory.CommitPeak.Mb Value: 324 Key : Analysis.Version.DbgEng Value: 10.0.27829.1001 Key : Analysis.Version.Description Value: 10.2503.24.01 amd64fre Key : Analysis.Version.Ext Value: 1.2503.24.1 Key : Failure.Bucket Value: XAML_887a0006_starwarsbattlefrontii.exe!Unknown Key : Failure.Exception.Code Value: 0x887a0006 Key : Failure.Exception.IP.Address Value: 0x7ffa9ebacf19 Key : Failure.Exception.IP.Module Value: KERNELBASE Key : Failure.Exception.IP.Offset Value: 0x2cf19 Key : Failure.Hash Value: {defa98c9-2f6b-d85b-9999-796263953c15} Key : Failure.ProblemClass.Primary Value: XAML Key : Timeline.OS.Boot.DeltaSec Value: 836 Key : Timeline.Process.Start.DeltaSec Value: 215 Key : WER.OS.Branch Value: vb_release Key : WER.OS.Version Value: 10.0.19041.1 Key : WER.Process.Version Value: 1.0.117.50617
As first level troubleshooting I have already tried to:
- Repair installed game
- Reinstall it
- Open with admin.rights
- Open directly through EA App instead of Epic and vice versa
- Decreased graphics settings, decreased framerate from 240 to 60
- Changed my DNS-server to Google DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4)
- I have reinstalled EA App.
But still, nothing have changed.
Please let me know, maybe I have missed something here.
