I purchased a player in the SWGOH store, but did not receive it.

I purchased a package of Tambor Watts at the SWGOH store and received an error report with crystals as compensation for the inconvenience. But they never gave me a player. Is there a way to resolve this issue? I've been applying for the third day in a row.
