If you accessed the page because you have a problem, you should first pay attention to the pinned topics. They are quite extensive and contain information collected over the entire duration of SWTOR. 

If you have difficulties connecting to the servers, it is best to first take a look at the server status  page. You can always find the latest changes to the game here in the patch notes .

Some issues require you to contact customer service directly to resolve them. Below you will find the relevant channels that you can use for this:

• Tickets in the game - For difficulties directly in the game, subscribers can open a ticket directly in the game to contact customer service. Click on the " Customer Service Help Request " option in the main menu (or press "Ctrl+/") and follow the instructions in the "Request Help" tab.
• Bug Reports - Have you found a game bug? Then let us know! To do so, visit our bug report forum or, if you're a subscriber, simply type /error. A window will open in which you can enter further details. This report is then sent directly to our quality assurance department, where it is checked. Please note that we usually do not respond directly to reported errors - but we do investigate all problems.
• Telephone support  - If you have any problems with your account, payment or technology, our customer service team is available! You can reach the team at the following numbers:
