Hast du den entsprechenden Trank (Cure for Vampirism) im Inventar? Den muss man soviel ich weiß auf den Vampir werfen, um ihn zurückzuverwandeln.

In order to be a vampire slayer, you need to learn enough Vampiric Lore to learn how to create the cure for vampirism. Then once you have the cure, you can get a 'Slay Vampire' interaction. To 'slay' a vampire, your Sim will have to best them in a fight. Then after winning they use the cure on the defeated vampire, returning them to a mortal Sim.
