Sims 4 on HD Graphics Family playable? (HD 4400)

I wanted to play Sims 4 on my laptop EliteBook 840 G1, 8 RAM, 128 GB, 1,7 GHZ and iCore5 and my question is, if I can play on my Laptop Sims 4? I have a Intel(R) HD Graphics Family (HD 4400).

ich würde gerne Sims 4 auf meinem Laptop spielen, aber ich weiß nicht, ob mein Laptop dies aushält. Mein Laptop ist ein EliteBook 840 mit 8 GB RAM und 128 GB und iCore5. Außerdem habe ich eine Intel(R) HD Graphics Family „Graffikkarte" und ich wollte fragen, ob mein Laptop Sims 4 schaffen würde?
