I have nothing in the electronic arts folder

A few months ago, I deleted the Sims, including the mods folder. Today, I reinstalled it, and in Documents, only the Electronic Arts folder appeared, but it didn't have anything, neither the mods or the other things. I tried uninstalling EA and the Sims, but it didn't work.
