My sims stay "flat"

Good morning, I don't know if any other player has the same problem as me: I have a trans sim and it turns out that every time I play the sim loses its curves, I go to the editor, I enhance them again and when I go back to the game, she is flat again, it is desperate, and of course, whatever you do is useless 😭, I play on Ps5 in case it helps.
