Corrupted lots solutions?

Hi!

I recently started a new save file with my sim-self and friends, but when changing the lots I picked from the gallery, I have at least 1 or 2 lots that are corrupted... Where I can't access to it because of the infinite loading screen. 

I'm genuinely tired of this bug, it's not the first time I have it, because I love custom save with custom builds and family. 

I tried deleting the cache file, move the mods and tray files but nothing help, I need to either restart a new save/use the basic one, or find which lot is breaking my game but it take FOREVER.

If anyone have a solution for it, I would be glad to hear it, it would really help for my future other saves too.
