Hacked Account – Need to Recover Sims 4 and DLCs

My name is Mickaël M........ I purchased a large number of Sims 4 DLCs through Steam using my account "2mars22" (email: [edit: email address removed]). Unfortunately, my account was hacked, and my Sims 4 game, along with all my DLCs, has been linked to an unauthorized EA account ([edit: email address removed]). Please see the attached evidence for reference.

 

These DLCs represent a substantial financial investment for me, and I am deeply distressed by this situation. My legitimate EA account is also registered under the name "2mars22" with the same email ([edit: email address removed]) and phone number .

 

I kindly request your assistance to:

 

Help me recover access to my original EA account.

Restore my Sims 4 DLCs and game data to my legitimate account.
