Su che piattaforma giochi? Se sei su PC o MAC cancella il file della cache (localthumbcache.package) che si trova nella cartella The Sims 4 in Documenti>Electronic Arts e poi prova a riparare il gioco dal tuo programma di lancio (EA App x Pc/Origin x MAC).
