can't remove vampire marks XBOXONE

I'm playing the newest version of the sims 4

I can't remove the vampire marks when creating a sim. I've tried everything.

Can someone give me clear instruction on how it's supposed to work.

Because I couldn't find any solution to my problem, clicking on the marks did open up the menu of the respective feature but changing the feature did only that, the mark is still there.
