I desperately need help

I actually have multiple problems.

1. Aspiration goals not completing even when I did them.
2. The ‘open profile’ option when clicked not loading in.
3. Social bunny send message UI being messed up.
4. Sims gain no relationship with each other and not appearing in the relationships tab, even went back into old households and saw that all the tabs are like this. I do still get the options like they would know each other.

I should probably say I do play with mods and 50 GB of cc but I don’t think this is the issue.

Can anyone help me, the game is unplayable like this.
