Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Start a wedding event in the BR Portuguese version of the game. Click on any object like tables and wedding arches, there will be 3 "..." (tree dots).
What happens when the bug occurs? 

I have no idea what this buttons are suppost to do.
What do you expect to see? 

Text to tell me which button to see for which action.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? 

No, I created a blank new sims 4 folder without mods to test.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?  

I don't know, I just bought the pack.
