Shuffled keyboard

Hii, i was going to play sims4 as usual after an update, and when i opened my family something was wrong with the direction keyboard (AWSD). 

When i used the key “A” to move the camera do the left, it opened de ”Menu” instead of moving the camera to the left. The same happened to the key “D”, instead of moving the camera to the right it just opened the “Gallery”.

I don’t now why this happened, but it’s just with that two keys. I had unplugged the keyboard from the computer, and did a reset. I also have “Repared” the game on the EA app. 

And it’s the same… I don’t know how to fix this..
