Subject: Sims Not Obeying Commands – Even After Troubleshooting

Hello EA,

I really need some help here. I created a save and everything was working fine at first, but suddenly my Sims just stopped obeying any commands.

I thought it might be an issue with the save, so I created a brand-new one and transferred my family. However, after only a couple of days playing in this new save, the exact same problem came back.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Removed outdated mods

Installed Better Exceptions to check for issues

Repaired the game through the EA App

Tried different saves

Nothing has worked so far, and the game is still unplayable for me. This is extremely frustrating because I’ve put so much time into my gameplay and now I can’t even enjoy it.

Please fix this or let me know what else I can do, because I’ve tried everything I could on my end.
