@d9b06d47127890c5Hello! If you play with mods, make sure that all mods are updated to the latest version of the game! If the mods are updated, but the problem remains, then rename the Mods folder to Mods1 and delete the localthumbcache file from The Sims 4 folder. After that, see how the game behaves. If the situation does not change, then delete the new Mods folder and rename the old one back.
If all else fails, start a new game without mods.

All this does not help, and reinstalling the game does not help either. I'm not the only one who has this problem, that's why I wrote it. It's not about mods.
