Error loading family

I recently had a problem launching the game in a save with my dynasty (all other saves are fine). The save loads, but when I try to go from town view to family, after a short loading I get error 135:3ce8528f:35c4de2f. This happens with all families, but only in this save. I have a licensed version of the game, the error occurs both with and without mods. I have already tried letting the game recreate the Sims 4 folder, clearing the cache, rolling back to previous versions of the save, repairing the game. Nothing helps, and I have run out of ideas on how to fix this. Please help.
