Problem with the interface
When I enter construction mode, the needs window collapses and doesn't open on the first try, but the other windows (skills, inventory, etc.) work fine. The video shows a clean reinstall of the game via EA, without mods, CS, or saves. I've tried various tips: screen settings, game settings, reinstallation, I have never seen anything similar to my problem anywhere.
