Shadows of the sim's and objects

-How can we find the bug ourselves? Take your Sim outside, look at the shadows of objects outdoors in bright light
-What happens when the bug occurs? No contact shadow from the character and objects, as if he was torn off the floor
-What do you expect to see? The shadow comes out from under the feet of the character and other objects
-Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No. It has always been as long as I play Sims 4

When you take your Sim outside and the sun is shining brightly, the shadow it creates is of terrible quality. It is a pixelated and detached spot from the surface that exists by itself. It does not fit the character's legs, as if there is a gap between the legs and the floor. In addition, this applies to objects from the construction mode. My settings in the game are "ultra" quality, a powerful enough laptop and there are no ticks for "laptop mode" and other things. Also, the shadow from the window has a different quality. One lane is even and smooth, the other is a ladder. Is the problem on my side? If so, please advise me how to solve it.
