Beach party

Thanks. I'm pleased with the randomness of it. Usually I'm a bit of a neat freak in the rest of my town, but I wanted to create a more relaxed vibe in the far corner away from the stuffed shirts at the Town Hall.

My only point- not related to the beach- is the minnow pond. What I've done is use trees to hide the join so it looks like part of the river.

Thanks mpwarner and Xarone! I've been trying to hide the join between the pond and the river, but can't seem to disguise that little neck of land between them. The trees are as close as they can get, with squares that look empty. Any tips?

keep in mind, using leaf trees to conceal things will bite you later when the snow comes again. this past winter all the hidden holes in my fences came out and i had to swap in evergreen trees quickly! heehee!

Now I see! Looks great like that, so much more part of the landscape. Fishing beside the Falls ... that's the life :-) Thanks for the advice.
