- Why not try the cobblestone walls with the flowers between it? Might not look right but worth a look
- Since you have cobblestone surrounding the park, you may want to use something different around the courthouse so it's not too matchy matchy.....
- There's something about the height difference between the flowers, hedges and cobblestones that bother me. What if you placed shrubs between the flowers instead of hedges?
