When redesigning my beach area, I wanted to avoid the condo route. Instead, I went with parking and upscale shopping. The first pic includes my version of the Springfield Yacht Club, with fine dining and outdoor bowling. With the third pic, I had to contend with the Ornate Pier, which cannot be stored. Not wanting to build another pier, I made it small spot where you can rent jet skis.
