hey, i dont even use forums, but i came here just to let you know that ive done a similar type of research myself, and this is my updated map of what is and isnt in the game. green and yellow are buildings and decorations that exist in the game, and red ones do not. yellow ones are story items, while the green ones are mostly premium items. maybe this can be useful for you too.
These are great notes for those wonder what the possibles could be coming up… and perhaps inspiration for the 960 new squares
