Forum Rules & Moderators - update

Hi everyone :)

Just a notice saying that we've updated the forum rules and moderators stickies, to make some of the rules a bit clearer, and hopefully explain why you may see a post disappear (if you have a post disappear for seemingly no reason, PM a moderator, as sometimes the forum system deletes posts on it's own - the forum is haunted, I tells ya), or get locked, and to add our new moderator to the moderator list.

I'd also like to draw specific attention to the rule that seems to get broken the most, and probably unwittingly, about not posting links to external sites, like tstome, tstotopix, wikisimpsons, etc. If you have to reference something, either copy and paste the info, and say what site you got it from, (without the web address) or post a screenshot.
