Post your ice palace AFTER the snow
Yeah, I haven't had much luck with it yet. One thing I do recommend: Cement on the ground under it. Not as good as snow, but a lot better than grass.

wow ! i love this- Not happy with mine either, but I like the idea of having the North Pole sign in front. I may have to borrow that idea!
