SprawlMart --- what have you done with it?

Question

Like most of my buildings it is in a pile until real life lets me work on designing my town. I finally have all the land, but SprawlMart is probably the only building I have no idea what to do with.

The garden section on yours is an excellent idea. It looks great.

It's such a useless building since the only interaction (so far) is Agnes greeting people (who don't get to shop there) - I suppose it raises the consumerism rating which is why I bought it... I think a quest could be created in the future where this eyesore could be used.
