Springfield panoramic?
On a phone or tablet its impossible. You can do it on you rcomputer or mac. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Have a TSTO town with an Origin account
Step 2: Have a computer with internet access and MS Paint/Photoshop/Etc
Step 3: Go to spAnser's site (http://tsto.me) and create and account
Step 4: Load your town to that account by logging in with your Origin information
Step 5: Click on the link provided to your town
Step 6: Press and hold "ctrl" and zoom out using the 3rd mouse wheel
Step 7: Go to full screen mode in your browser (f11 on many) and center the town
Step 8: "Print screen" function to capture what is displayed on your screen
Step 9: Open Paint/Photoshop/etc and "paste" (ctrl + v) and the "printed screen" should pop up
Step 10: Save to desktop and try not to "panoramic-bate" whilst others are around
