What have you done with the Donut Torture Device?

Barry, pit perfect. Bette, excellent idea, and it's forcing me to think outside the box. I expanded my Frink compound over the weekend since I figured I'd have a couple new things to place there. I'm now thinking the DTD might make sense behind the police station. I'll find out tomorrow!

I do have a technical question I hope someone can answer: the two-story outhouse is a torture device, right?
