It will be some time before I can get this building, but I look forward to having it. (I'll probably put mine near the beach, since it can't go directly on squidport.)

And yes, I totally love the new trees. Not just a non-premium fruit tree, but a new and unique design for a tree. Fantastic.
Also, I used to have plum trees growing near the fence of my preschool, so I put one near the stonecutter daycare center and it made me pretty happy.

So far I just plopped it down where I had space. I'll get around to decorating it nicely one of these days.

Haven't hit 44 yet, so I don't have the plums yet, but I'm looking forward to them.

Very nice design Cadhadly! When I buy the happy Sumo I might design it a similar way. Also I love the wat that building looks. The bright red color with the large windows really adds something unique into the town! Also for 100 donuts, it's an awesome deal!

Can it go on Squidport? Just think the fish theme would work well plus there aren't enough eating type buildings for Squidport imo...
