That's the polo field house it was a limited time building when each of the heights updates came out, it may come back sometime in the future.

I think this now has to count as the greatest town-wide design the game has produced. The only competition would be 2D artwork by Keys and others. I'd add a gif to demonstrate my appreciation, but I can't find any big enough.

Edit: It occurs to me that someone who didn't know this was a golf course would still appreciate the artistry of the design as an abstract composition. I've never felt that MelDesigner is as well-known as she is due to any innovations she might have come up with in 3D design. She's famous because those buildings she designed are so cool. I think the same thing is going on here. It's a work of art that just happens to be done on TSTO.
