I've only heard people report regretting doing it during an event. You may want to wait for the next long break.

Like the idea of a poor part of town. Think I might start adding few extras to my area.

I too, incorporating a lot into the poor area/slums.... it is getting quite large at this point lol

Anyway, the idea here is the new Heavenly Hills mall over the rocky ridge is struggling for business because people forgot it existed after the "fossilized angel" hype died down. So they added this big park and have been hosting concerts for kids. The building on the left is the restrooms of course!
