My first design is with the premium building, the dog college. This design intends the college owner to have the dog track (for its drop-outs) and that sweet house is theirs too! This property is in my rural, higher-end Cypress Creek neighborhood. I like how the new bleachers pair with this track too. I also wanted to use all these candy features we have, together creatively.
