I have 3 towns, 2 cleared the task okay, one is still stuck in the task bar. Very odd.

Decided to have a go and I got 85 donuts. :'(

EA got issues everywhere

As you have access to multiple devices have you tried loading up the town that's stuck with the Scratch-R issue on one of the other devices to see if it completes on that device as this fix has worked for other strange problems.

I only play on one device, I use an iPad. It really doesn’t bother me, plenty of other players have far bigger issues to deal with in the game than this one.

I tried everything posted, even purchasing the ticket. I tried on a tablet, moving the mart, trying other marts, everything. The quest refuses to complete. It worked for my nephew, but not me. Sad face.
I hope this bug is fixed soon.
