For number 2 I want to know if you can stack the items. If I buy all 3 of them will I get 60 snakes every 4 hours (all of them combined) or does only the most expensive one purchased take effect?
Yes you can stack the items. There's a limit to number of snakes that can be in your town at one time. But as soon as you whack enough you can release more
