It's as good as comcast can make it. Despite being voted worst in customer service (probably because they started charging for support calls) they're still the best connection we can get.
Crashes started for me when stonecutters was removed. Retry screen happens every time I open the app, and I know it's not just me because there are multiple threads about it in bugs & issues. I've run through my usual steps to troubleshoot, but they don't seem to be working this time :( I hope it gets sorted, too.
Oh i see, i get the same thing when i 1st load the game as well, I've seen the B&I threads about it as well....we are defo not alone on this one, i am sure EA are looking into this, hopefully when the update lands this will be one of the fixes :)
