8 new characters have "event earning" tasks
What level does the opera house have to be at? Im level 5 and don't have opera tasks available to them.

Im finding this act to be much easier. The upgrades are coming quickly and the resources are starting to add up.
Some of these characters get tasks at lvl 9.
