It doesn't work like that, the center is cheapest, then gets more expensive on the way out. If you look at the current/heck even the old chart, there's a pattern. The middle is cheapest and builds up in each direction. The far right plot will be the 1.5 M square. The ocean plot won't be 1.5, but it will be like 500k or so.
