4hrs - Squeeze the Wheeze (visual task)

Those would be great tasks for him. The 1hr task could also go to the Capital City Capital or US Capitol Building and maybe the 24hr task could go to the Duff Stadium, Isotope Stadium or any other stadium at least until the Capital City Stadium (and CC Goofball Statue) is released.
Since Santa's Little Helper and Snow Monster went from NPCs to playable characters, it allows the possibility of more NPCs like Capital City Goofball and Snowball I and II to become playable characters.
