Act 2 starts now!
Does everyone else still have Ahead of the Track still in the task list even though we can't collect blueprints anymore? Update: The task goes away after visiting neighbors/etc.

Yep, but sadly it's not increasing anymore. (And here I thought we could go for bonus rails at the same time!)
