All This Jazz - 2 week minievent starts Wednesday 9/23 - Wed. 10/7

1 new character, 1 new skin, 1 new premium char & Building, 1 new Premium bldg w/ dec, 2 new buildings, 2 decs (one Premium), Sequel to Homerpalooza with a lot of that event's items returning.
