Almost pointless to play now... hoping for new stuff

IMHO it very much depends on what exactly what you get out of the game. Many members seem to like building up perfect towns and I highly doubt this is all done over night, but if visiting friends bothers you so much at the moment why not clear up that list so you don't even get lead into temptation?

No. This is something that really annoys me about players. The majority all moan about how their mystery box prizes are rubbish and how this BONUS reward for levelling up isn't good enough for them. And you all just need to stop because really, donuts and premium items SHOULD cost money and it's only out of the goodness of EA that we're getting these things for free.

"Out of the goodness of EA" is pushing it a bit (the reality is that they're baiting us, hoping we'll buy more donuts), but your overall sentiment is spot on. They don't have to give us anything extra, so be glad for whatever little morsels we get.

Stuck on level 29 with even more XP to accumulate for a couple of donuts...
They need to come up with something else that will make it worthwhile and fun to visit friends and have prices to look forward too.

Really loosing interest here

I almost started feeling that way once the new update came up with only yard sale items and what not, but I see this as a break from the snakes and a chance to do some re arranging and re designing. I hear the next update will be awesome.
