Am I stupid for not upgrading all my fighters yet?
4 hours recovery time for 4 hour fight intervals is the only thing keeping me at 4. 5 could make it awkward a little, but not very much, plus just use a bandaid at any hint of inconvenience.

If your aiming to win all matches i wouldnt suggest past 4 Hearts, if your aiming for the win by losing method i still wouldnt suggest more than 4 Hearts.
i would suggest having no more than 3, 5 hearted heroes/villains/vigilantes (i use em as KO material, they can take a hit and deliver it, 1 per mob)
