Am I stupid for not upgrading all my fighters yet?
4 hours recovery time for 4 hour fight intervals is the only thing keeping me at 4. 5 could make it awkward a little, but not very much, plus just use a bandaid at any hint of inconvenience.

the only downside to having all heroes at 5 hearts is if you get the upgrade a fighter challenge you cant do it
