Am I stupid for not upgrading all my fighters yet?
4 hours recovery time for 4 hour fight intervals is the only thing keeping me at 4. 5 could make it awkward a little, but not very much, plus just use a bandaid at any hint of inconvenience.

I had been wondering if I should upgrade all of mine too. I assume the item we use to upgrade will only be used for that. I have an excess of tech heroes and they are the only ones I haven't upgraded to 5 stars. Most of the time my 5 star heroes only take 4 stars in hits so it works out fine for all wins style and the 4 hour cycle.
