The only thing missing would've been Gunter & Ernst with Anatasia. And perhaps Robert Goulet, but that wouldn't happen considering he's a real life celebrity.
However that doesnt mean you cant have a task for nelson to wait for Robert Goulet at barts casino does it? as long as he doesnt physically appear, and of course Just stamp the ticket guy was at the town hall meeting that agreed to casinos so he couldve been added as well.
