I saw her floating along under some balloons...

PT 4 I confess I used two donuts to rush Maggie. Timing your characters was important especially Cletus's task. I held off the 10hr sample goods task and the daily challenge to trigger Act Maggie. Just finishing the 10hr task now and will send Cletus to finish the daily challenge 8hrs left for that one. Then back to repairing the roach coach. What a great present for Xmas thanks EA!

You have to level the fortress to level 2 which gives you the shack. Once the shack is placed it starts the VENEGEFUL questline. Do those up to part 4 and Maggie is yours.

Do that first, then worry about going to level 3 on the fortress and shack.
