'Attack friends' ?

People forget that the initial builds take time. Unless all of your neighbors are premium players with doughnuts to spare, it's going to just be today before they even get to the point of being able to attack. The idea was, I'm guessing, to stretch this out until Halloween. But it looks like a ton of folks rushed the build. I may or may not have been one of them.

I've added new neighbors and I randomly check to see who can be attacked. Until they get going, the random towns work great.
